What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue developing professionally in an operations-focused role where I can lead teams, solve practical problems, improve daily performance, and build new skills in a fast-paced environment.

I've managed high-volume operations at Amazon in Germany and currently run day-to-day shop operations at Atelier del Gelato in Sofia, coordinating staffing, inventory, suppliers, customer service, and financial performance.

Across logistics and hospitality, I've led teams of around 30 employees per shift, allocated workforce based on operational needs, supported onboarding and training, and maintained safety, quality, and productivity standards. I'm motivated to keep developing professionally while solving problems and working effectively in fast-paced environments.
