I build and characterize GaN, GaAs, and graphene semiconductor devices through epitaxy and cleanroom fabrication.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently growing GaAs-based solar-cell structures at Orbit and Skyline India using Veeco Molecular Beam Epitaxy, while developing thin-film processes and analyzing material-quality data.
I've fabricated and tested semiconductor devices using optical lithography, RIE, metal evaporation, wire bonding, and probe-station electrical measurements. My work spans graphene optoelectronics, GaN-on-Si HEMTs, Ga₂O₃ thin films, and MEMS-integrated devices.
Across postdoctoral roles at NEST, Ben-Gurion University, IIT Delhi, and IISc, I've combined cleanroom fabrication with COMSOL modeling and SEM, HRXRD, Raman/PL, and Hall characterization.
