What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in semiconductor manufacturing where I can support process standardisation and manufacturing excellence using analytical tools, SPC/FMEA-style quality thinking, and hands-on characterization to improve yield and process stability.

I’m an Engineering graduate with a strong interest in semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control. My goal is to apply my analytical mindset and technical foundation to support process standardisation and manufacturing excellence in a collaborative global environment.

In my internship at Tirupati National Atmospheric Research Laboratory, I estimated anthropogenic heat emissions using Python and Excel. I analyzed and visualized data trends, identifying that ~70% of vehicle energy is lost as heat, and designed visualizations to communicate those insights clearly.

Through my projects at IIT Hyderabad and NAMTECH, I’ve worked hands-on with semiconductor materials and electrical characterization. I fabricated and characterized In₂O₃-based thin film transistors, optimized annealing using LiClO₄ gating for I–V profiling, and performed inline metrology using SEM and optical microscopy; I also explored surface treatments to improve thin-film quality in OTFTs.

I’m also applying manufacturing-quality methods using SPC, FMEA, and RCA. In my “Spacer width Analysis using SPC” work at NAMTECH, I used JMP to generate control charts, evaluate process stability, flag out-of-control conditions, and perform failure analysis to identify root causes of yield loss.
