At Hiedelburg Instruments Mikrotechnik GmbH, I developed and refined fabrication processes to produce microstructures that met client-specific quality requirements.
At the University of Duisburg-Essen, I developed and optimized thin-film deposition processes under ultra-high vacuum conditions. I also designed experimental setups for in-situ characterization and investigated magnetic properties of epitaxial Fe/GaAs thin films using FMR.
My doctoral research examined magnetocrystalline anisotropy in thin Fe films grown on GaAs. I analyzed experimental data and worked with scientific instrumentation including RHEED, LEED, AES, XRR, and MOKE.
Earlier, as a Junior Research Fellow at Defence Institute of Advance Technology, DIAT DRDO, I worked on nanomaterial-functionalized metamaterial-inspired resonators for selective chemical and gas sensing. My research background is complemented by hands-on experience in polymer-based 3D printing using Maskless Laser Lithography.
