At Energize Global Services, I lead international recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with engineering managers and C-level leaders to define hiring needs and assess candidates. I coordinate technical interviews, including live coding and system design, and support candidates through onboarding.
I also lead a team of talent acquisition specialists and improve recruitment processes through automation and hiring-funnel reporting. At Energize Global Services, I oversee employee lifecycle processes, support development and training, and manage HR workflows in Zoho People.
At SFL LLC, I served as Talent Acquisition Manager and sole HR Manager, supporting the employee journey from hiring and onboarding to engagement and people operations. My workforce planning and hiring supported company growth from about 50 to 200 employees.
Earlier, as an IT Project Management Consultant at EIF and a Project Manager/Systems Analyst at PADCO Inc. and ABT Associates, I worked on business systems, project plans, and functional requirements. I also developed functional requirements for the Armenian Tax Information System as a Systems Analyst at Armenia Barents Groop.
