I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end hiring, manage high-volume pipelines, and partner with hiring managers fast—globally if possible—so candidates get clear, human experiences and teams get great hires.

I’m a recruiter who genuinely loves connecting people with opportunities that change their careers. With experience in IT and financial services, I place talent across the full spectrum—from junior hires to senior leadership—while keeping the hiring process human and candidate-focused.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed high-volume recruitment pipelines end-to-end, including 20+ interviews per week and 30+ interviews per week when required. I take ownership of sourcing strategy, candidate pipeline development, and full-cycle coordination, while optimizing job postings and outreach to attract high-quality applicants globally.

I partner closely with hiring managers by providing same-day candidate feedback and fast responses, ensuring alignment on hiring needs, quality standards, and timely delivery. I’ve also led international hiring processes (USA and Germany) and coordinated across regions such as Asia, Europe, LATAM, and Canada—adapting recruitment approaches to different markets and time zones.
