What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dynamic HR environment where I can contribute to recruitment, employee engagement, coordination, and HR operations while continuing to grow my technical recruitment and talent acquisition skills.

I'm currently supporting technical hiring at Yuktic (YuktiClan Technologies LLP), sourcing candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn, conducting screening calls, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring pipelines. I also use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to draft job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate communications.

Previously, I managed end-to-end faculty recruitment for EdTech brands including Allen, Aakash, and Physics Wallah at Tallento.ai. My accounting background at Maxmed Life Sciences strengthened my Excel, MIS reporting, documentation, and data-management skills as I pursue an MBA in Human Resource Management.
