I’m a Senior Human Resources Generalist (Operations) with 2+ years of hands-on experience across HR operations, employee engagement, and training & development. I manage online onboarding/offboarding end-to-end using Adobe, maintain records and leave through the Keka HRIS portal, and oversee attendance, payroll inputs, and management reporting.
I also strengthen employee relations by drafting and updating HR policies, addressing grievances, supporting employee welfare through group insurance programs, and handling Full & Final settlements with accuracy. Earlier, as an SME/Operations professional in technical support, I led multiple teams (>20), facilitated OJT batches, handled escalations and SLA adherence, and supported performance management through feedback and improvement plans—bringing that same structured, people-first approach into my HR work.
