At Reliance Consumer Product Limited, I analyzed 93 General Trade outlets for Campa, finding 43% availability and a 57% numeric distribution gap. I highlighted opportunities to improve retail penetration and market coverage.

I also diagnosed CSO deployment as a competitive advantage, connecting stronger competitor field-force presence with better retailer servicing and product availability. I recommended expanding CSO deployment to strengthen Campa’s retail execution.

On the Sreejanpath project, I helped increase Crazy Cut Salon’s sales by 35–40% through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional events.

At IMS Ghaziabad, I’ve organized and anchored institutional events, including Melange 2025’s inaugural ceremony, and co-organized “Chai Pe Charcha” with HR professionals. I’m pursuing a PGDM and have qualified for the final round of the AIMA Competition.
