At HPCL (Bharat HP Centre), I researched more than 500 customers across four segments, with findings adopted as operational recommendations by branch management.

I designed and launched a Lucky Draw campaign that increased daily customer engagement from about 30 to 50–60 interactions. The campaign became a permanent station initiative after my internship.

I also digitised physical service registers into the station’s first Excel-based CRM database, enabling targeted WhatsApp outreach to existing customers for the first time. I carried out B2B outreach across housing societies, schools, and local businesses.

For my MBA dissertation at Aligarh Muslim University, I surveyed 140 university students on social media engagement and brand trust, then analysed the results in IBM SPSS. The research found that brand trust was the dominant driver of purchase intention and that Instagram had a stronger brand-building effect than YouTube.
