I'm co-leading EY France's e-invoicing transformation program for the 2026 reform, owning outbound invoicing and end-to-end UAT for six major clients. I coordinate Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and external providers to resolve issues and keep delivery moving.
Previously, I built automated profitability and risk reporting at EY, including a weekly dashboard used by two Finance Directors. I also delivered measurable operational improvements through SAP analysis, working-capital optimization, Power BI, Excel VBA, and Lean projects.
