At Medicover Group's Invimed, I hold P&L accountability for a healthcare business generating over PLN 100 million in annual turnover. I lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, commercial finance actions, investment evaluation, and cost and process optimization.
Previously at Polpharma Biologics, I managed CAPEX, cash flow, and working capital for major investment projects and received a management award for the highest investment budget execution rate in 2023. I played a key role in SAP S/4HANA implementation and introduced the organization’s first Power BI dashboards.
I've also led a seven-person PtP team at GEFCO Polska, managed an SSC task-transfer project that reduced document handling and SG&A administrative costs, and built reporting, forecasts, and KPIs across logistics operations.
