At METRO GSC, I own and govern Daily Sales Reconciliation processes across multiple European markets. I work to standardize country-specific processes and coordinate improvement and automation opportunities with Operations and IT.

I contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration activities, including business requirements, process mapping, UAT and implementation readiness. I also lead a team of Process Consultants and define and monitor process KPIs.

Previously, at IAG GBS, I owned and optimized end-to-end FP&A processes, translating business requirements into scalable solutions. My earlier finance work includes reporting and planning at PEPSICO GBS, AR process expertise at AMWAY GBS, and Accounts Payable at LUFTHANSA GBS.
