What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a contract-focused legal operations role where I can own end-to-end contract lifecycles, strengthen regulatory compliance, and collaborate with legal, operations, and finance to reduce risk and improve workflow efficiency.

I’m a contract-focused corporate paralegal who partners with legal, operations, and finance teams to keep agreements accurate, compliant, and execution-ready. In my current role, I prepare, review, and negotiate outbound and inbound sales contracts and confidentiality agreements, while proactively updating terms to reflect regulatory changes and evolving business needs.

I manage end-to-end contract lifecycle processes—drafting, review, approval, and execution—using disciplined document control to ensure timely delivery and audit readiness. I also provide clear contract analysis and term clarification to stakeholders, strengthening adherence to internal SOPs and reducing risk in fast-paced environments.

Earlier, as a Contract Specialist/Paralegal, I supported high-volume contract processing, renewals, and regulatory documentation, and I responded to KYC requests while assisting compliance audits and regulatory inquiries. Before transitioning into contract operations, I served as a Senior Associate, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and advising on due diligence across areas like tax compliance, data protection and privacy, business registration, incorporation, and real estate.
