I'm looking to lead cross-functional projects that improve operations, strengthen client outcomes, and turn marketing or organizational strategies into clear, on-time delivery.

At MarketSource, I lead internal operations initiatives spanning acquired-company integration, HR and learning programs, data retention, technology migration, and organizational restructuring.
