At Art of Problem Solving, I managed operations for online classes in math, science, and programming, and documented and streamlined operational processes.
I managed operations for AoPS Online's Worldwide Online Olympiad Training (WOOT), a nine-month program with over 900 student enrollments, and designed and documented its operational flow.
As Outreach Program Coordinator, I prepared the academic-year launch for a program serving over 500 students across seven partner schools. I also designed and ran a tutoring program and developed professional development training for tutors.
Earlier at AoPS, I managed a team of over 250 graders, assistants, and teachers, ensuring classes were staffed. I'm currently a Volunteer Cohort Leader at The MomCo, where I facilitate cohort meetups and created a shared Google Drive for project management.
