What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow client relationships while strengthening credit discipline with data-driven analysis—especially within corporate banking or sustainable financing—so I can deliver measurable revenue impact and help teams win with structured solutions.

I’m a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager at Bank UOB, focused on building cross-country relationships and converting opportunities into measurable revenue. I’ve established relationships with 8 cross-country Relationship Managers to generate new-to-bank leads, securing 10 leads out of 50 and driving heightened revenue amounting to IDR 40Bn.

Within 6 months, I secured 8 new high-value clients and increased revenue to date by 10% (by IDR 26Bn). I manage 54 corporate-sized clients across industries including Automotive, Financial Services, Agribusiness, and IT, with combined assets of more than IDR 500Bn.

Earlier, as a Corporate Banking Trainee, I drove more than 10 credit reviews worth USD 1Bn through financial and industrial analysis, covenant testing, and credit risk mitigation. I also contributed to wholesale sustainable financing by developing a blueprint and created a UOB China Connectivity Capability Statement used across UOB China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia—sharpening onboarding, documentation, and credit-approval effectiveness.
