At Bank HSBC Indonesia, I managed RBB account onboarding and KYC reviews, coordinating review progress, prioritization, and quality controls to keep risks manageable and meet regulatory standards.
I also developed RBB business operations and infrastructure, lending policy, and controls, while coordinating audit preparation and follow-up. Before that, at Bank Maybank Indonesia, I developed NEO SME lending programs and managed loan processes and portfolio quality.
Earlier, I reviewed and approved SME and consumer credit proposals at Standard Chartered Bank and other banks, and worked on credit underwriting, policy, business verification, and remedial processes. I hold Bank of Indonesia Risk Management Certification at Levels 1, 2, and 3, and an Omega Commercial Loan to Small Business certification.
