At HCL Technologies, I design and build Java/Spring Boot microservices for Viator's Closed Loop Communication messaging platform. I developed a transactional notification platform for email, SMS, and push, and a phishing detection module that validates links in inbound messages.

I also improve service reliability through observability and controlled feature rollouts, and use Cursor and Claude to speed up implementation, testing, and API refactoring. Before HCL Technologies, I modernized Barclays card APIs, delivered features for TIBCO Software's ActiveMatrix Service Grid, and worked on digital lending and government taxation platforms.
