What I'm looking for

Operations Manager

At Flipkart Minutes, I raised fill rate from 98% to 100% at a 2500-OPD dark store by addressing the top three causes of unfulfilled orders. I also reached 99% order accuracy through weekly audits and a redesigned pick-pack checkpoint.

At Zepto, I maintained 99% order accuracy and SLA adherence at 2800 OPD, and reduced recurring defects through root cause analysis and corrective-action tracking. As General Secretary at VIVA Institute of Technology, I led a 23-member student council and delivered two events for 2,000 attendees.
