I’m an IT professional with a Master’s in Information Technology and a career path that spans healthcare operations, front-end development, and IT management. I bring a practical, outcome-focused mindset—starting from clear system understanding and ending with dependable, secure delivery.

In my earlier roles, I worked in healthcare as an Associate and a Claim Implementation Analyst, building accuracy and structured problem-solving. I later shifted into software as a Front-End Developer, and now I’m an IT Manager for Home Automation, where I manage real-world implementations and continuous improvements.

My strength is end-to-end execution: system integration across Analog, IP, and HD-TVI setups; cabling and wiring with coaxial and Cat6; and solid IP networking (TCP/IP, routing, port forwarding, PoE switching). I also configure and troubleshoot platforms like IVMS, Hik Central Access Control, Hik Central Web Client, and SADP, supporting video analytics such as facial recognition, people counting, attendance, and object removal—while ensuring tamper-proof, compliant installations through strong attention to detail and customer-focused training.
