I’m a Senior Cloud & SRE Manager and Technical Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience spanning Cloud Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and end-to-end technical delivery management. I specialize in large-scale enterprise infrastructure where reliability, governance, and measurable outcomes matter.

In my current role at Accenture, I lead service delivery for Tier-1 clients across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure). I orchestrate SLA/KPI/SLO governance and Error Budgets using SRE methodology, consistently driving 99.9%+ availability for mission-critical systems.

I bring operational excellence through automation and DevOps practices—CI/CD integration, Ansible-driven workflows, Shell scripting, and Docker—to reduce MTTR and eliminate manual toil. I’ve also delivered significant cost impact, achieving a 10–15% reduction in AWS spend through right-sizing and usage controls.

I’m comfortable operating at executive and crisis levels: I manage global 24x7 command centers, lead P1/P2 incident response with RCA and change/release coordination under ITIL frameworks, and present data-driven insights during monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR). I’ve even pioneered Gen-AI–enabled incident management to accelerate summarization and KB-driven resolution guidance.
