I am seeking a senior or managerial IT role focused on virtualization, backup and infrastructure where I can lead teams, architect resilient systems, and drive process improvements.

I am a multi-skilled IT specialist with nearly 15 years of experience delivering and managing enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, backup systems, and mail platforms. I combine hands-on technical expertise with supervisory experience to ensure reliable, secure, and highly available ICT services.

In leadership roles I have managed technical support teams, led projects to design and implement private cloud and disaster-recovery solutions across multiple geographic locations, and deployed enterprise backup and ITSM tooling. Major implementations include VMware vSphere, Nutanix, Hyper-V, Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam, and BMC Remedy ITSM.

My background includes administration and migration of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, DFS, RDS, and storage integration with HP/EMC platforms. I have implemented HA clusters, tape and disk backup solutions, and integrated monitoring and discovery tools to improve operational control and reporting.
