I seek a role that values trauma-informed care and supports diverse populations.

I am a licensed mental health counselor with years of experience dedicated to supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and addiction. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and culturally competent care, allowing me to guide clients toward self-understanding, healing, and empowerment. I have a passion for working with diverse populations, including immigrant communities, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients.

Currently, I provide individual therapy at Satya Therapeutic Services, where I manage a full caseload and specialize in serving marginalized communities. My therapeutic techniques include somatic processing, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, all aimed at helping clients navigate complex trauma and emotional dysregulation. In addition to my role as a trauma therapist, I facilitate therapy groups for clients in medication-assisted treatment for opioid recovery, integrating trauma-informed care into addiction treatment.

My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and Social Psychology, and I am a certified trauma-informed therapist. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space for clients to reclaim their stories and rebuild trust with themselves, using evidence-based practices combined with mindfulness and somatic work.
