I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS/R) with over 15 years of experience in designing and delivering wellness-based therapy programs. My journey has been dedicated to promoting holistic approaches to mental and physical health, and I have a proven track record in leading wellness initiatives and training teams to enhance patient engagement.

In my current role as a Mental Health Group Therapist at Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital, I facilitate daily group therapy sessions and create customized wellness plans tailored to individual patient needs. My previous experience includes delivering therapeutic coaching at Astrya Global Inc and providing end-of-life support as a Life Doula at Apreva Hospice, where I helped clients navigate critical life transitions.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong competencies in wellness coaching, chronic disease management, and emotional intelligence, which I leverage to foster meaningful connections with patients and their families. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
