I'm currently designing a cloud-based solution at Samolet, where I analyze business requirements, shape architecture, prepare project documentation, and create CJMs and Figma UI prototypes.
Previously, at Aston and VTB Bank, I designed business and technical processes, documented requirements, built REST API integrations, and ran Agile delivery as a Scrum Master. I've supported enterprise projects for UBRR, Gazprom, Philip Morris, and Samolet, managing backlogs, sprints, retrospectives, demos, testing, and acceptance.
At Korus Consulting, I automated processes with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Resco Mobile for clients including Sogaz, Bosch, Danone, and Absolut Insurance. Across 8+ years in IT, I combine BPMN/UML process modeling, SQL data analysis, system design, and user-centered documentation to turn business needs into workable solutions.
