What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my clinical nursing, staff education, quality assurance, documentation, and case-management experience to support safe, compliant, patient-centered care.

At RHA Health Services, I provide nursing oversight and case management for six residential group homes serving people with complex medical, behavioral health, and developmental needs.

I supervise and mentor Med Techs, CNAs, and nurses; conduct assessments, medication reviews, chart audits, and compliance reviews; and coordinate care with providers, pharmacies, insurers, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams. I also develop nursing policies, support chronic disease management, and provide after-hours triage.

Through Saving Lives Training Services and prior psychiatric nursing roles, I deliver CPR, First Aid, AED, Medication Administration, and safety training while supporting individualized care, accurate documentation, and quality improvement.
