I've led end-to-end revenue cycle operations at Connolly Dermatology, supporting 28 providers across 30 locations and helping the practice grow from four providers and four locations.

I managed 8,000–10,000 claims monthly while tracking Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rate, and Aging AR. My work spans dermatology, Mohs, pathology, biologics, cosmetic, and SRT billing.

As Functional Lead, I directed workflow optimization, system implementation, testing, training, and process redesign for ModMed and Relatient. I also partnered with executive leadership on payer contracting, credentialing, compliance, audits, appeals, reimbursement strategy, and underpayment recovery.

Across more than 32 years in healthcare operations, I've standardized workflows, mentored staff, and used data-driven KPIs to improve revenue integrity and scalable practice operations.
