I’m a Business Administration student at Miami Dade College, motivated to gain hands-on marketing experience and build practical skills in brand communication. I’m especially interested in social media, content creation, and digital marketing—paired with real customer engagement.

As a UGC/Content Creator (Freelance) from 2025 to present, I create short-form video content for brands across TikTok and Instagram. I develop authentic product reviews and lifestyle content to increase brand engagement, and I collaborate with brands to produce marketing content aligned with their target audience.

I also edit and optimize videos for social media performance, focusing on audience reach and the quality of the final content. My goal is to deliver clear, relatable storytelling that helps brands connect with people in the platforms they actually use.

Before that, I supported day-to-day operations at Mailing Company / USABOX from 2024 to 2025, assisting with administrative tasks and organization of mailing operations. I managed customer information, supported order processing, coordinated packaging and shipping schedules, and provided customer support by resolving basic service inquiries.
