I’m looking for a role where I can lead information governance and business excellence across regulated construction programmes—strengthening Golden Thread compliance, improving audit readiness, and delivering scalable workflows that boost project performance.

I’m a Business Excellence and Project Delivery professional with more than 10 years’ experience delivering and supporting complex regeneration, remediation, refurbishment, and capital investment programmes across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

I specialise in information management, document governance, operational excellence, compliance assurance, and process optimisation within highly regulated construction environments. I’ve established scalable business systems, strengthened Golden Thread compliance, and improved audit readiness through robust governance frameworks.

Currently, I lead business excellence activities on the £40m Silchester Estate Regeneration Programme for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, coordinating critical project information and supporting major fire safety and regeneration works across four occupied high-rise residential buildings. I’m passionate about creating clear, repeatable workflows that reduce documentation errors and accelerate review and approval across multidisciplinary teams.
