I am an HR Lead with broad responsibility for compensation and benefit management, recruitment and talent development, performance management, and L&D coordination. Currently I serve as HR Lead at Zoetis and I am a member of the Italian leadership team.
I have led employee and industrial relations, organization and policy design, KPI and people analytics, and personnel budget planning. I manage full-cycle recruitment, compensation and benefits planning and local roll-out, and executive support for site leadership.
My background includes People and Culture leadership roles and hands-on HR operations across multinational environments, including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and HSE coordination. I have supported regional offices and headquarters in cross-border initiatives and compliance with local labor law.
