I’m an international business professional passionate about languages, cultures, and music. In my customer-facing roles across industries like international logistics and hospitality, I’ve learned to connect genuinely with people and adapt quickly to new environments.

In my Executive Assistant experience at Mordor Staffing, I provided administrative and operational support to leadership and helped drive day-to-day coordination. I served as a point of contact for international employees, supporting onboarding processes, payroll-related matters, employment documentation, and internal communications.

I also worked as a Customer Service Executive in Exports Magnum Logistics S.A.S, supporting high-level national companies with clear, consistent communication about their export processes. I maintained multi-channel communication (especially emails and calls), proactively followed up on deadlines and requirements, and provided solutions related to processes and documentation.

I bring a structured, solution-oriented approach and thrive on learning new things with ease. With an education in International Business from EAFIT University and German School in Colombia, I’m committed to adding value to the teams I work with and learning from every experience.
