What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can maintain reliable Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot user and network issues, and continue improving IT infrastructure.

I'm providing remote IT support for employees across Norway at BAD&BYGG VVS AS, keeping Windows devices, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications working reliably.

I troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and device configuration. I also maintain IT assets and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems.

Previously, I built React.js and Node.js web applications at Tectigon and worked with REST APIs and SQL databases. I'm a Computer Science graduate with experience in PHP, Magento, Django, and React.js.
