What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale startups, accelerator programs, and commercial operations where I can lead sales, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, and high-impact execution.

I'm leading Founder Institute's accelerator in Estonia, launching its first AI-based curriculum and building a stronger startup ecosystem across the Baltics.

I've co-founded and operated Hovi, Markster, and IVA AI, building sales pipelines, operational systems, marketing teams, and a sales automation business for SMBs. At Markster, I built a $30k ARR pipeline before the MVP launched, and I raised $100,000 in early-stage VC funding through 500 Global.

My experience also includes enterprise programs at Pactum AI, client operations at PARiM and Starship Technologies, customer relations at Bondora, and business development at Wise. I've managed teams of up to 50 people, administered a $16M monthly payments portfolio, and improved client onboarding, service quality, and operational efficiency.
