I’m a quality control (QC) professional who inspects products throughout the production process, including in-process inspection and line patrol. I check defects such as leaks, tears, and uneven color, run tests like Water Leak Test, and produce QC reports to support fast corrective action with the production team.

Alongside QC work, I’ve spent 3 years managing an e-commerce page and stock operations—handling customer chats and closing sales via Facebook, Line, TikTok, Shopee/Lazada, while keeping customers updated with shipping tracking. I also manage back-office work, maintain stock counts in Excel, and prepare basic business documents such as quotations, receipts, and tax invoices, always aiming to work efficiently, learn continuously, and deliver reliable service.
