At Milaap, I work across product execution, payment workflows, trust and safety, KYC verification, and workflow automation. I designed and shipped a proof-mandatory campaign reporting flow that reduced invalid fraud reports by around 60% and cut resolution time from 3–4 days to under 1.5 days.

I also built an in-house fund mapping tool that reduced batch reconciliation to same-day processing for 80%+ of payments. I work with Engineering, Finance, and other teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT, and release validation, and use SQL and Amazon QuickSight to investigate workflow bottlenecks and support product decisions.
