At The RealReal, I provided technical direction across an eight-person QA organization, co-defining automation architecture, standards, mentoring, and quality strategy. I helped scale automation to about 400 UI tests and 200 API tests, while personally developing about 30% of the total coverage.
On a JetSMART consulting engagement, I architected and delivered a Python, Pytest, and Selenium automation program, leading a five-engineer delivery team and the client relationship. We automated about 800 of 1,000 regression scenarios and reduced regression from about two weeks to about two days.
Across enterprise engagements, I’ve built and modernized UI and API automation, introduced quality gates in GitHub Actions, and helped turn lengthy manual regression cycles into targeted validation. In sports technology, I led a four-person QA team and drove a Cypress-to-Playwright modernization; in payments, I personally developed UI and API tests and validated payment lifecycles.
At Grainger, I led a six-person QA team while staying hands-on, helping expand coverage to about 250 UI and 120 API tests. Earlier, at Modus Create, Software Advice, Globant, and Intel, I developed automation frameworks and tests and supported improvements to regression speed and stability.
