What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a UX/UI or product design role where I can use research, user testing, prototyping, and visual design to improve digital experiences and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

I've applied customer insight, communication, and sales discipline at USA Global Marketing Inc, engaging more than 100 clients monthly and closing 60+ sales each month.

I previously founded Bags Delux, an e-commerce business where I used Shopify, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and online community engagement to sell 25+ products monthly and generate R20,000 monthly profit.

My UX practice is grounded in design research, contextual inquiry, user testing, competitive research, journey maps, ideation, prototyping, and visual design. In a Cell C eSIM onboarding passion project, I reduced form fields from 20 to 12 and cut completion time from six minutes to three.

I'm building on a Professional Diploma in UX Design and Full Stack Development training, using tools including Figma, FigJam, Miro, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, and basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VS Code.
