At The GTC Group, I lead data analysis and performance reporting, creating Power BI dashboards and analytical outputs that inform senior leadership strategy and organisational decision-making.

I build interactive dashboards, semantic data models, and DAX measures, while developing KPI frameworks and monthly and quarterly MI reports. My work has improved decision-making capability by 30% and reduced the organisation's data error margin by 15%.

I use SQL and Azure Databricks to operationalise ETL pipelines and maintain accurate data workflows. I also investigate data quality issues, consolidate data from varied sources, analyse social media performance, and turn findings into strategic recommendations.
