At Tata Consultancy Services, I translate stakeholder needs across healthcare, data and analytics, and web/application development into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process documentation.
I partner with business, development, data/BI, and QA teams throughout the SDLC, using As-Is/To-Be, gap, and impact analysis to clarify workflows, dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. I also support Power BI reporting requirements, KPI definition, data validation, reconciliation, UAT, defect triage, and requirement-to-test traceability.
Previously at JanBask Training, I analyzed course enrollment and customer journeys for US-based EdTech customers, identifying process gaps and reporting needs. I bring hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Excel, Power Query, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder-led requirement validation.
