I’m a solution-oriented Business Analyst with extensive experience working with cross-functional client teams in Automotive and Healthcare domains across APAC and Europe.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I analyzed complex business and IT scenarios for ADAS camera and radar systems, identifying optimization opportunities in data flow and feature design using Agile methodology. I also contributed to obstacle and object detection features for real-time driver alerts, bridging business intent and technical implementation.

I transitioned from Senior Developer to Business Analyst by taking on requirement gathering responsibilities through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops. I interpreted and refined FRDs into actionable business and system requirements, created and maintained BRDs, SRS, Control Specifications, and User Stories, and ensured traceability from business needs to technical implementation.

I partner closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure feasibility, alignment, and integration readiness—using JIRA for backlog grooming, effort estimation, story pointing, and sprint planning, and Visio for process flow diagrams. As a SPOC for cross-team communication and dependency management, I lead scrum calls to resolve issues and eliminate blockers, and I’ve led and mentored a 10+ member development team to ensure on-time delivery and quality adherence.
