What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business analysis role where I can translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, use data and dashboards to improve processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

At Magnus International Group, I gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that align business and technical teams.

I analyze datasets with SQL and Python, build Power BI and Tableau KPI dashboards, and use root-cause analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. I also support UAT by writing test cases and validating delivered solutions against documented requirements.

Previously, at VUI Infotech and Concentrix, I supported Agile delivery, reporting, recruitment metrics tracking, and Excel-based dashboards. I enjoy turning business needs into clear documentation and data-driven insights that help teams make better decisions.
