A remote backend, full-stack or AI engineering role on a small, product-focused team where I can own features end to end, from API and data model to deployment. I’d love to work on LLM-powered products, and I’m happy to overlap with US or EU hours.

At Opptimise AI, I shipped My Team, a behavioural team-analytics product with coaching chat, consent-gated score sharing, a manager-coaching assistant, and team-scoped insights. I also own Python/FastAPI coaching chatbots that tailor guidance to each organization’s competency framework.

I built Opptimise AI’s pre-production CI gate, requiring checks and migration safety tests before builds, and restructured the pipeline to cut build spend 40–50%. I also introduced per-job authorization and shipped an internal Slack bot for super-admin operations.

At FinnAI — AIForge Tech Pvt Ltd, I built a durable sequencing execution engine for voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and email cadences. I fixed production races with Redis-based concurrency controls and migrated realtime services from Node.js to Go, supporting roughly 4,000 concurrent calls at production peak for an enterprise client.

I also improved FinnAI’s multilingual post-call analysis for Indian languages, lifting answer correctness 40% as validated by native speakers. In my DialogLens project, I built real-time game-chat analytics for sentiment, intent, and entity extraction, surfaced in React dashboards.
