I’m a results-driven CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist focused on building scalable systems that streamline operations, automate customer journeys, and increase conversions.

In my recent work, I’ve created automated customer journeys and email marketing workflows, including CRM setup and optimization across GoHighLevel. I design lead nurturing flows and sales pipeline support, using audience segmentation and behavior-based automation to improve campaign performance.

I also work across funnels and conversion levers—optimizing sales funnels and customer communication systems, using AI chatbot automation to boost lead conversion rates, and monitoring campaign analytics to guide data-backed improvements.

My experience includes CRM and marketing automation development with HubSpot CRM and Klaviyo, building high-converting automated flows like welcome series, abandoned cart recovery, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. I conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and I integrate tools (including Shopify) to keep customer data synchronized and reporting streamlined.
