I’m a Senior Technical Coordinator with 10+ years supporting complex engineering and development, coordinating delivery through RIBA stages and procurement-ready technical documentation. I specialize in technical coordination, reporting, and cross-team execution that keeps projects moving with clarity and accountability.

In my current role, I manage technical reporting and performance benchmarking, coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams (architects, structural, civil, MEP, fire, transport, sustainability, and landscape), and drive stakeholder communication across government and armed forces environments. I lead vendor coordination for procurement support, including planning applications, Reserved Matters, and planning condition discharges.

I strengthen project decisions with schedule, risk, and compliance management—reviewing drawings and technical information against planning approvals, Building Regulations, and client requirements. I prepare consultant scopes, RFQs, and tender documentation, and have supported cost-saving outcomes (including saving MCP £73,000 in 2 months) while maintaining momentum across major residential and mixed-use developments.
