What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate and deliver Agile or Waterfall projects where I can strengthen stakeholder communication, improve delivery processes, manage risks and budgets, and grow into broader project management responsibilities.

At Metro Consulting Grid, I manage a portfolio of 50+ Agile and Waterfall projects for US telecom clients in an MSP environment. I serve as the link between engineering teams and clients, maintaining schedules, documentation, task tracking, budgets, billing, and delivery quality through Jira and ConnectWise.

I've also supported infrastructure and real-estate development at Lakeshore Residencia, coordinating feasibility records, milestones, procurement, vendors, resource allocation, and marketing support for local and overseas investors. During an internship with Pakistan's Ministry of Planning Development and Special Initiatives, I contributed to Pakistan Outlook 2035 and the 5Es Framework.

I bring a team-first approach to stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, scope management, and process improvement, supported by Agile Project Management, Primavera P6, and Generative AI project-management training.
