What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote project, operations, procurement, or property coordination role where I can manage vendors, contractors, documentation, budgets, and timelines while supporting international teams across time zones.

At Domu Management, I coordinate architectural and civil works remotely, managing procurement with vendors across the USA and China, technical drawings, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and project documentation.

I’ve also supported UK property operations at Surveying Corp, where I coordinated maintenance for residential and commercial properties, generated RFQs, evaluated contractor quotations, arranged contractors, and prepared compliance, inspection, and progress reports.

Through AKTPlanCraft and site-based civil projects, I deliver AutoCAD planning and drafting, manage client timelines, supervise work, and carry out quality checks. I’m comfortable keeping remote teams, contractors, vendors, and client requirements aligned across time zones.
