What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve customer and operational problems by working closely with technical teams from discovery through delivery, especially on AI products, platform workflows, systems integration, and data-informed service operations.

I've translated operational and customer problems into shipped products at SajuAI, OKESTRO, SotaTek Korea, Ontact Health, and BT Soft. My work connects discovery, technical requirements, implementation scope, QA, and launch.

At SajuAI, I built operational tooling for AI content generation that reduced production time from two hours to three minutes, while content reached 10,000–100,000 views. I also coordinated the Apps in Toss launch in seven days, reaching No. 1 in fortune-telling and No. 2 in content.

I've planned cloud platforms, OMS/WMS integrations, digital-health workflows, and AI services, including Gacha, which reached 100,423 monthly active users. I work closely with developers to turn complex workflows, data rules, and user needs into implementation-ready products.
