I’m a Liferay professional with ~3 years of experience as a Liferay Platform Administrator, focused on DXP Operations and Cloud/Production Support. I manage end-to-end enterprise portals—from portal administration and OOTB configurations to workflows, headless API integrations, SEO, Liferay Commerce, and Analytics—so teams can run stable, scalable experiences.
In production, I support Liferay platforms in a Cloud & DevOps-enabled environment with strong L2/L3 accountability. I handle root cause analysis (RCA), SLA-based issue resolution, log analysis, and proactive monitoring to reduce incident resolution time.
I also drive upgrades and releases with confidence, including patching (Fix Packs, Hotfixes), environment validation post-upgrade, regression testing, and rollback planning. From Liferay Cloud Console to CI/CD using Git & Jenkins and OSGi module deployment, I help ensure zero critical downtime and smooth enterprise portal delivery.
