Implemented OAuth authentication, supported critical production/tenant incidents, and deployed fixes via Jenkins pipeline while ensuring zero mission-critical outages.
Built and enhanced Java/Spring Boot REST and web APIs for insurance reporting and address verification services, including upgrades and JWT-based OAuth authentication. Collaborated with architects and multi-stakeholder teams (8 engineers) and supported production issues using CI/CD tooling and integration monitoring (ICP).
Developed backend capabilities for ResplanEngine and related applications, implementing pre-processing, optimization, and post-processing components using Java/Spring MVC. Wrote solutions with unit tests to meet acceptance criteria and supported features involving Kafka and Akka-based workflows.
Provided technical and production support for a Java/J2EE POS web application, resolving customer-reported tickets and data issues. Performed log/error triage, monitored job/process execution, and escalated exceptions to the appropriate engineering teams for timely fixes.
